Conditions

Reservations can only be made via this website. You wil then automatically receive a confirmation by email with the invoice. You will transfer 30% of the invoice amount to our account number withnin 7 days, stating the invoice number. The remaining amount must be in our account 4 weeks before the arrival date, stating the invoice number. When you want to cancel then it is possible till 1 month before your stay and we book the 30% payment back to your bank account.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM at the apartments and from 5:00 PM at the Villa.
At the apartments, YOU check in YOURSELF with the access codes that we have sent.
At the Villa Don (our property manager) will wait for you.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside.
The apartments and villa are non-smoking and we will keep it that way.

It is better to contact us in advance by email. We do not accept bookings from bachelor parties and football clubs. If we do see a booking from such groups, we will cancel the booking on our side and refund any amount paid minus 15 euros administration costs.

We charge only a deposit by the Villa and not by the apartments. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided that everything is left tidy and there has been no inconvenience for our other guests.

In case of loss of keys, we are forced to charge an amount of € 25,-.
